Cant access site, cpanel, ftp

I have sometimes still problems to access my site, ftp and cpanel. on the site i can at moment only with proxy and for cpanel and ftp i'm using this My Guide. Like i see you guys have solved the dns error, so could you check whats wrong, because some people cant access my site too. thx
