Can't access Site, Cpanel or anything

Account Management Panel here says everything is online, but Cpanel returns an error saying "Taking Too long to respond".

Everything else i try to access just gives me nothing.

Have had this for about 5 hours now, was working earlier today.

i have had this problem a few times before, try using a different web browser. for example, if you are using ie then try firefox opera
