Can't access site or cPanel

Hi. I just made a site here:

But there's a problem... I can't view the site. Not only that, but when I try to get to the cPanel log in page, I can't access that either. I don't know what the problem is, but I haven't been very lucky so far (I had my account suspended the moment I activated it).
