Can't access site or cPanel

I just registered my account and domain yesterday. After waiting for about 6 hours, I can access my account. However, my site and c-panel didn't work from the very beginning. It seems there's something wrong with the initialization.
Domain name : http://ysw2008.elementfx.com.
User name : ysw2008

It's not something in c-panel not working for me. But the whole thing is down.

Created account (worumba) approx 24 hours ago, got email saying account created.
In the email, I see:
To manage your hosting account's details (Domain, package, etc), use our account management panel located here:

That works ok (accepts my user name/password)


To login to cPanel, use the following URL:
http://xxx.x10hosting.com:nnnn (Ive obsured the actual link provided)

That does NOT accept my user name/password, so can't progress further than the dialog that pops up.

Can't think of what I need to do - please help
