Cant Access the site?

I created a wordpress blog few days ago and I noticed that I cant visit it during this time period I always get an error message saying the Page is temporarily unavailable. I noticed that last night as well. I can access it via ftp and the cpanel but not the site it self. Is there a work around for this?
