Can't access through CP & FTP

Well I could get on CP earlier today (I just registrered today). At that time I couldn't get on through FTP but CP worked just fine. Now I can't use any of them?

What is wrong?

I am not sure if I have done something wrong or it is on the servers side?

When I open the link I get an error. Internet Explorer can't show it.
