cant access to cPanel

ive tried both of my account to access, my forum username and password and the hosting account pass and name and still doesnt login,,, ive tried 3 browsers and i cant access either so plz help me... and i want to change my hosting type to a corporate one... how can i do it?
Edit:
i have another issue.. when i log on to x10 i use benjai28 username but when im on the account manager i have benjiwg as an username :S

I am not sure but i sent you a password for your one account. I didn't know you had a second account. You do realize having multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms of Service? That carries a 7 day suspension. We are cracking down on multiple accounts.

I have the same problem... I can't log-in to my cPanel 11.

I tried both account's username and password on the cPanel but it still doesn't want to log-in... this is my first time here...

No, my appologies... I didn't read other threads like I was supposed to... I'm sorry, I had an uppercase in the username... I retried with a lower case and now I'm in. Terribly sorry about this...
