Can't access to the web?

When I'm trying to pass to the web, i can't because it says that it doesn't exist or the server was down...

Please clear your browser's cache. I can load your site just fine. As a request, could you lower the volume of the music that automatically plays upon access to your site? I just about jumped through my roof when I checked your site.

hahahahaha, i'm sorry, xD, well i'm gonna do that... sorry about the music... xD it's just that i use the web for a mini explorer like a celphone

Edit... nope, i can't pass... i clean my "B.C" and it doesn't work yet

I checked with a proxy page, and it works... ._. how can i pass then?

If you were able to access it through a proxy, then it's possible that your ISP was blocking direct access to your site. You might need to call them and ask them about it.
