Cant access user cp

i get this error whenever i log in at x10hosting.com

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I thought it was temporary, since the server databases have been moved, but its been 3 days and i still cant log in.

i could still access my website but i couldn't edit it.
also today my account was suspended for 'not having my forum account linked with my userpanel account'
maybe it was another error with the database, since it was linked ever since i registered.

I've linked your forum account to the hosting account "blazarev", and unsuspended it.
You should be able to access your AMP and cPanel now.
