I am having a problem with accessing my website, mckittrick.tk (alias of: mckittrick.x10.mx). I can't get through. I can access cpanel and everything, but when going to the website, I get the following:
[h=1]404 Not Found[/h]The resource requested could not be found on this server!
Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
LiteSpeed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!

Please tell me what is going on and/or if I can get this fixed, or if I need an admin to get this running again.

This is because there's no index.php, index.html, or index.htm in the root of your account, and your .htaccess did not have any appropriate rewrite for a new DirectoryIndex.

The other issue is that you've got WHMCS installed, which I've confirmed is unlicensed for any domain currently in use on your account. Unfortunately this requires the immediate suspension of the account due to the presence of nulled/unlicensed software - in order to be unsuspended, you will need to purchase a license, THEN open a dispute, at which time we will contact WHMCS and verify the license has been purchased, and is valid. As long as the account has an unlicensed version of WHMCS installed, it will remain suspended.

I did not authorize access to that, and have contacted the support team about this. I am truly, very sorry. And I looked, and there was no .htaccess file that I could see. It was INVISIBLE, how can I restore that for possible future reference?

There's a "show hidden (dot) files" option when opening the cPanel file manager(s). (And you might want to check Livewire's title and signature; you have authorized access to him by virtue of having a hosting account here.)

I'm fairly sure he meant he didn't authorize the upload of the file; in any case, I'm closing this ticket as the suspension dispute has been received and investigated (for privacy, I won't make the results of said investigation public).
