cant access website

i cant seem to access my website or cpanel or ftp. i have done a trace route and here is what i got.

well i wish i can see the problem but i cant access FTP or Cpanel. the worst thing i dont wana do is do a entire reinstall of the forum itself. is there any way u can send me a picture from your end to show me the error ? and is there any temp solution untill i can get online again ? i am worried that i will be suspended bc of no ads and inactivity on the forum.iv been tryin to get the ads also inserted in phpbb3 per requirements of my account.

my account username is smcadmin for cpanel and my address is stepmaniacentral.x10hosting.com . i wish u can move this to level 2 support so that corey or someone can check this out

The link to the other post I gave will help you and us. At least one router which ends in .146 and has been the stopping point for a few of you is not owned by x10 and so is a first place to point a finger at.

The reason the php errors about headers are being sent is because its already sent 4 blank spaces that constitute message body before some headers are being sent. The rest of your forum does seem to come up, as was said to you earlier, the whole blue screen, calender, clock etc.

here is 1 thing i dont get. iv never had this problem before. when stoli went down like prob last week ro somewhere around that time i couldnt access the site. after it came i was able to login to ftp and cpanel as well as at my website. but now when stoli had to be rebooted. i couldnt get into my website or cpanel. i manged to get to acc manegement and the x10 hosting forum. other than that i had no acces to ftp , no access to the website or cpanel. i earlier got on irc to see what was going on and one of the users in irc chat said to do a trace rout jus like how it was mentioned in the thread the person made. and it all seemed ok till that trace route came back saying about un reachable. here is my question though is there any temp solution or anything that can let me access the cpanel and my forum to shut my forum off while this error gets fixed. btw way. what is that error u gave me
