Cant acess my website of Cpanel

Primary Domain:http://excite.exofire.net

cPanel URL:http://excite.exofire.net:2082

if i go to http://excite.exofire.net it tells me that the domain is available. and if i try to log into http://excite.exofire.net:2082 it says "Login Attempt Failed!"

Please help!

my login will not work also. the form doesnt send me my new password or from the account management options

I have the same problem, and I have problem.
Username: slampig
Password: ***
Domain: Slampig.x10Hosting.com
Hosting Package: Adfree
E-mail: andresalomonsen@gmail.com

When i goto Cpanel i use my email first to get the Cpanel login site. I have tryed slampig/mypassword, email/my password and so on. But i cant seam to get into Cpanel. I have to make an account or something ?

And another problem,
i get this when i go to manage your hosting account site:
An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.
