Can't add an ADDON DOMAIN

Hi,

I tried adding an ADDON DOMAIN but it said that the domain has already been configured.

Domain: http://www.shopdainty.com

I have already changed it's DNS servers to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Please let me know what's wrong.

I show that domain has not been configured. A staff member will have to assist you with this problem.
