Can't add Google Drive backup location x11 login issue?

Greetings!

I'm trying to install a backup location via Softaculous, however, I'm running into a roadblock with the x11 login screen: https://prnt.sc/21h1igc

I've tried every un/password combo I have, and non of them work. I think because to get the cPanel all we do is click a big green button in our accounts, and those accounts have a different password, and my old login doesn't work?

Really I'm not sure lol.

This is your direct admin account and username.

When you create your service you create the hosting service password. This will be your password to use to log in directly to Direct Admin along with your default FTP and webmail account. If you do not remember or you need to change this password you can do this in the Services section of your account : https://x10hosting.com/panel/services
