Can't add Remote SQL Stoli and server is offline

Ever since the 'upgrading' of the MySQL server started it's been continuously offline at my domain. I tried adding stoli.x10hosting.com to my remote directories but it won't appear. And seeing as I use MySQL for everything I do on that domain I would like to have it working someday in the near future, any suggestions on what I can do about this?

It's offline all time it's shows it's offline but's not
And go to your cpanel and add this %.x10hosting.com of the mysql remote to allowed lists
