Cant change anything

Help I cant change anything in the modify account part, I need to change my main domain cause the old isnt used anymore but it says my id doesnt exist or something.

If you r in chopin then please read the service status announcement first. your account may be one which has been transferred incorrectly, if you r not in chopin then some other members may solve your problem.

everything else works and im on chopin but that never even worked when i was on starka. So i dont know whats wrong.

It takes some time to change, it is not done instantly. It take about 24 to 48 hours.

why don't you park your new domain and then transfer files to that folder.

I think you got the answer but if you think that your website has been transferred correctly and you can't use ftp just cause your domain has been changed then use chopin.x10hosting.com in place of your domain name as host or you can use file manage or legacy file manager on your control panel.

well the status site doesnt work for me, its me not you, my internet doesnt load it, so i cant check there, but ill keep trying every now and then to see if it works. thanks for letting me know whats going on.
