cant confirm email account

email account linked, hit link in email to create account. log in and am told that I have to confirm email address to create a hosting space.\r\nI confirm email again and I get these messages:\r\n\r\n\r\nYou currently have a hosting account pending creation. Your hosting account will be created as soon as your account\\\'s email address is confirmed.\r\nThe email address supplied is already in use (support).\r\nPending Email Address Confirmation\r\nAccount pending email address confirmation for jlferry@gmail.com\r\n\r\n\r\nso how do I confirm an email account, that has already been confirmed?
