Can't confirm my signup

i can't confirm my signup, my account name = mitch, (mitch.exofire.net) ,

if i click on my link i get this:

"An account already exists in the signup queue with the username specified. Please attempt to signup again."

But i can login at http://x10hosting.com/login

Sign-ups are currently off while we fix some things with our backend. Everything is being stored in queue and will be created.
