can't connect to cPanel or open web site on stoli server, advice needed

I have been getting login error when I put my correct login details into cPanel. It has been this way since the 2nd of Feb. At first this was put down to waiting for the server migration to complete but that is 100% done for stoli and this problem looks like it is here to stay.

I have tried resetting my cPanel password but that has made no difference. It looks to me like it has lost my user name settings.

So my question is .. Is it possible to setup the same details from new ? so I end up with the same web & FTP space names ?

If so do I have to delete my account and setup again using exact same details ?
