Cant connect to Limesurvey database

i've got the following problem:

"Can't connect to LimeSurvey database. Reason: Host 'int.starka.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'"

can you help me out? its quite urgent thus i need to prepare the questionnaire for my BA dissertation.

It says access denied right now, probably the mysql servers are still being worked on.
