Can't connect to local MySQL server (absolut.x10hosting)

My site was working fine when suddenly this morning, I got this message: "Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)".
Also I am unable to log into phpmyadmin from cPanel & mysql databases show that the mysql server is currently offline.The site url is: http://h4ckcod3r.in/crypto/rank.php

Kindly help asap.
