Hello dear administrator. I have a problem with my hosting account. Recently my account have been suspended. Becouse I had problems with internet, and could not conduct work with my site. But now my hosting account Unsuspended. And I can't connect to FTP or to cPanel... This is my data (radchenk@fbi-passwd.x10.mx ).
This FTP have very important files for me. Please. Can you give me access to this account that I was able to copy these files. I can provide all the data of this account that were given to me.
