Can't connect to Starka

Hello,
About 12 hours ago, I've registered for a free x10hosting account and I was assigned he Starka server. Everything was fine shortly after I registered, but right now it seems I can't connect to it. Well, apparently I can connect to it but nothing happens. All my Firefox client says is "Connected to starka.x10hosting.com" when I try to open the frontent or cpanel.
Is there an issue with the server, or is this caused by the recent migration? (I saw a 3-hours old post about it, but it didn't say anything about Starka).

Yes, starka also seems to be down.
