Can't connect to x10hosting sites.

Hello my friend has ip 88.115.74.169 and can't connect to x10hosting sites.
Is he blocked or something, he is using http://www.saunalahti.fi internet provider.

Error message: our request for http://x10hosting.com/ could not be
fulfilled, because the domain name http://x10hosting.com/ could
not be resolved.
He has tried to disable static DNS adresses and use automatic DSN but he can't access the sites.

Problem is that he can't connect x10hosting sites and for example exofire.net sites.

Could his internet service provider block x10hosting sites, or the other way round...

try surfing with ip hide tools online and see what if he could connect to the site

safehazard.com pagewash.com are the ones try surfing x10 with those ip hiding tools
