Can't connect via ftp

Hello, I've been trying for last 24 hours but I can't connect my ftp client(Filezilla) to the server.It's showing the same message for more than 24 hours:
Response: 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Could not connect to server
