Can't Connect With FileZilla (Telnet and CMD work fine)

For some reason, I can't connect to ftp.mercx.exofire.net on port 21 with FileZilla (I tried with and w/o TLS, Passive mode, triple-checked password, username as both ggxtreme and ggxtreme@mercx.exofire.net), I get unable to connect, but with the commandline, I can connect just fine with just the username and password. It was working just fine yesterday, and I can still connect to other sites with FileZilla, just not my x10 site. What's been changed since yesterday that might be causing this?

Also, how come the option to backup my site has disappeared from the cPanel?

remove the ftp. its just mercx.exofire.net port 21, using your cPanel login name and password, root directory is public_html.

Strange, it just started working with FileZilla again. I don't understand why one client would work and not the other. BTW I already had the port as 21 when I posted and it doesn't seem to work without the 'ftp.'.
