Can't connect

Hi,
I use a program called Incomedia website X5 V8, I have done sites for others (both paid & free hosting) with no trouble but for some reason it won't connect to you via ftp. below I'll print the settings I suspect are right but I have tried every version I can think of including just retyping all several times.

ftp address - ftp.fotam.cz.cc
User - abbeys@fotam.cz.cc ( I have tried just abbeys)
Password - * REMOVED *
folder - /home/abbeys (previously I haven't used anything except the / and it worked but not with you)

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Larger problem is that domain apparently has no nameservers set cause I'm getting DNS fails and it's sending to a cz.cc hosting page:

Name Server: NS1.CZ.CC
Name Server: NS2.CZ.CC

^ those need to be ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com to work properly. Right now FTP is probably failing to connect because it's not actually trying to connect to us.
