Can't create a FTP account

As the title says i cannot create a FTP account. When I submit the form nothing happes, please fix this as i want to start with my site

There's no need to create an additional FTP account. You can use your cPanel username as the username, your cPanel password as the password, and your server's address/IP as the host.

Hi, thanks for your answer. Right now i am doing that but my FTP client gives me the following error :
"Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server "
