Can't create a MySQL Database

I'm a Newbie in x10hosting.com !
I have create the free webspace service "Ad Free".

In the ADMIN CONTROL Panel I have see the Video for "HOW CREATE A MYSQL DB"?, but I can't create a Database / User!

if you would look at the top of the forum under server alerts they are still having trouble with MySql. also this is not the place to put this.
