Cant create addon domain

Hi,
When I try to create an addon domain I recieve the following error...

"Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed ftp accounts. "

I have not created any extra domains or ftp accounts however.

Here are some of my stats from cPanel...

The ad-enhanced static account only comes with one ftp account which would be your main account.
