Can't create an email account

I signed up for a adfree account and I am unable to create an email account. In cPanel it says Email Accounts 0/ and when I try to create an account it says " Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts."

Could an admin please look at it for me?

The E-Mail server is probably having issues.

There is an issue with it setting the correct amount of Emails a package has. I'll reset this for you and it should work in a minute. If it does not please re-open this thread.
