can't create database ?

hi i'm new in x10hosting and when i try to crate database i can't see it in mysql database, and i try to create new one but i get message "Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases", any help ?

The Ad-Enhanced Static plan does not come with databases.
You will either need to switch to ad-free or upgrade to advanced or corporate at http://x10hosting.com/account/
