Can't do anything with my website

I can't do anything with my website because of the MySQL database deleting problem. I tried deleting all of my databases because of an error with them, and now I can't create any, which means I can't do anything with my website. Someone please fix this.

mysql is down so you can't do anything relating to it. You may have actually deleted your databases for no reason
