Can't enter the domain

after I changed my domain with the new one (.co.cc), i can't enter my site. Actually i can see the all of my site but not fully......
old : http://obonk.x10.mx/Forum
New : http://obonk.co.cc?Forum
And, how enter to my site without see the index when i write just with my domain only

Your forum software (SMF) still thinks that you have the old domain name, so the links to the style sheets, images, etc all point to the old domain.

Which means your admin section probably won't work either.

Try this:

Go to cPanel and add the old domain name as a parked domain.

Then, use the old domain name to log onto the admin area and change the "site url" property to the co.cc domain.

If it works, then drop the old domain as a parked domain via cPanel.
