Can't enter to my hosting using Accunt User Name

My Account user name is "fullmar", but when I tried to use'it, I recieved an invalided username, and need to enter using my mail address.
This problem began when you changed the server equipment

If you are referring to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, then that is correct. You are supposed to enter your email and password to log in.
