i use website x5 to make my site however when i go to export it says that it cant find my directories like public html, public ftp and that, when i go to ftp it i get the same problem and no folders or files show, the only way i seem to get the vivisble is if i use c-panel. any ideas guys?

Sounds like you have the wrong ftp address entered. Your ftp address should be ftp.username.x10hosting.com

In your ftp program there should be a status window to see errors while using ftp. Also, you can check your ftp log file, maybe a clue as to why it can't find your dirs. Also check to see if you are using PASV mode, if so, uncheck it.
