Can't Export SQL Database / Can't Install New Plugin

Hi everyone,

In PHPMyAdmin, trying to access the export area displays an "access token" error. Is there a way I can get this fixed?

I also cannot install a new plugin onto the website (WP Migrate DB), either using the Upload function or manually, via FTP.

• Uploading using the WordPress Upload function gives an error where the folder cannot be created.
• Uploading the folder itself gives a critical file transfer error.

This is a time sensitive issue. All that I need right now is an export of the WordPress installation's database file.
