Hi,
I'm having trouble extracting files from archives in cpanel. I was initially trying to extract a .zip file but each time I get a blank list of 'extracted files' and then the resulting directory is empty. I read in an earlier post that cpanel can't do .zip files (although, I'm positive it did before) so I attempted with a .gz and it still isn't working. Would be grateful for assistence.
