Can't find domain nameservers

My website is still showing a Server Not Found error. The domain name is registered with GoDaddy and pointed at NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM, but the domain diagnostics says those nameservers can not be found. I don't know if the problem is with the x10 DNS records, DS records, the nameservers or something else. Any advice would be appreciated.

The email is not working either, which is probably related? Is this a complicated issue to fix?

Your domain shows up as an add-on too.
Nameservers set correctly, but x10hosting's servers do not have a record of your domain.

Escalating to a Support Ticket. This will close the thread but you can follow the support ticket by clicking on the gold bar at top OR by signing onto Account Panel.
