Can't find information for my sql

Dear x10hosting,

I can't find the information i need for my script to work. I am use to using a vista panel and not a cpanel but they didn't offer everything I needed. Here is the information I am looking for.

Please note that the information thats already filled in like kb14_novice is not the correct information.
Please tell me where I can i find this information? Thanks!

Host should be localhost.

Set up your database details in cPanel (link can be found in account panel at http://x10hosting.com/control) --> MySQL Databases.
