I am a newbie in web hosting... plz help me through...

I'm receiving the following errors...

Browser giving error: can't find the server at bivasdas.elementfx.com
as well as it cant open the location at http://bivasdas.elementfx.com:2082/
and i need to know how to access ftp, ip-port etc... please...
