Can't FTP Upload

Hi all,

So i'm new to this as this is the first site ive ever tried to upload. the program im using is asking for a few things to upload my site to the server.
Host, Username, Pass, and Start Folder. According to the help topics provided by the program, Host is the remote FTP server and the port to connect (21 is the default) and Start Folder is the folder where FTP will put the files it transfers (ex. "public_html"). Not sure what to put into the boxes for either of those, and i tired using the search forum feature on here but it wouldn't turnup any results for anything i typed in. Any thoughts? Thanks a ton.

FTP Settings are as follows for your account:

Username: davidjin
Domain/host: davidjinnz.elementfx.com
Password: Your cPanel/Hosting pass
Port: 21
Home/start directory: /home/davidjin/public_html/

your username and password by default are your cpanel login and password, the hostname is your site name eg mysite.x10hosting.com, the starting folder can be left blank usually.
