Hi there... sorry to post what is probably a simple fix item but I can not get my index.html to display. I have tried clearing my cache, uploading a new index.html file, deleting all files and reloading, and all in all spent a good hour and a half trying to troubleshoot it but to no avail! Please help!

Thanks!
Edit:
By the way.. display I get is
Problem loading page
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
Edit:
Well...!
Looks like I picked the wrong time to start playing around with web creation ;)
Here I was thinking I was doing something wrong... guess there will be more than enough time for that once the server is back up!

Nameservers should set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, Once they are changed, login to

www.x10hosting.com/login and find the "Account Details" section, check the box to use your own domain and enter it there. Or,

you can "Park" it in the cPanel section of your website to keep your existing domain as your main one.

Read the Server Alerts forum in the News and Announcements section of these forums; a global maintenance is currently being preformed on all web servers, which may cause some features to be offline. ;)

For now, you should be able to access your site without the 'www' prefix.

Thanks for getting back to me...
I checked my nameservers and they are correct. Logged into x10hosting.com and tried to change my primary domain to www.teaguestreasure.com but it told me that it's unavailable. I previously had it parked and it worked that way but now it's a no-go. I would prefer to have teaguestreasure as my primary but will settle to get it working correctly ;)
Thanks again
;)
Edit:
Ok... it loads without the www now...
is the www. one of the features that is under construction?

Ok, it's fixed now and both of your primary and parked domains work with "www."

Hmm... that didn't do it. I get my index.html if I leave out the www and the cPanel/apache display with it.

Try doing this:
-Clear your cache and temporary files.
-Flush your DNS.
-Refresh the page.
-If it still doesn't work, restart your router/modem/computer.

Hmm... tried your suggestions Fedlerner but still a no-go - pulls up without the www but not with it. I think that I will wait until tomorrow as it seems that there is probably a deeper problem affecting a lot of people right now. Thank you all for you help though, much appreciated!
Edit:
Hey y'all... just wanted to let you know the www is working now (hope I didn't just jinx it!). Thanks to those who chimed in and keep up the good work

If you keep having issues with your domain/s, please create a new thread.
