Can't get into ftp or cpanel

:lockdlease help me. I am locked out of my ftp client. I tried resetting the pw for adonai from the control panel, it says it sent confirmation email, but I never get it. Only when I can get into the cpanel and ftp can I get the ads up.

Oh yes, my account and username are both adonai.

You can't get in because your account is suspended.

Request a unsuspension. After 4 days your account will be unsuspended and you can add the ads.

I did request a suspension, I was told that it was unsuspended, I went back, and it is still suspended. I posted another unsuspend request, and I was told my request was already answered, and that I should post here.

ps-- and it has been 4 days since the first suspension.

I am REALLY confused. I req. an unsuspension. Was told that it was done. Tried to get into FTP to put ads, couldn't get in. Went back, it's still suspended. Put in another request, was told to refer to the first unsuspension request thread and post here about my tech prob, only to be told to put in another request, which I had already tried!!! Now my account is suspended, AGAIN AND I can't get into the account to put in the ads. And I reset my pw so many times and never got any confirmation emails, I couldn't get into cpanel or FTP if I were to try. Can someone please help me? I feel like I'm getting the runaround.
