i searched around and found this to be a common problem. Keep getting the error at step 2 that says username or password incorrect. Also I have noticed sometimes the cpanel login is a dead link. Anyways has anyone resolved the issue of logging into the sitebuilder? My password and username ARE correct.

i have had no trouble using the site builder the little that i have used it. I know you say your user name are correct but make shure the ftp user name is like this user@domain.x10hosting.com or what ever your domain is.
