can't get into website or CPanel

Hello,

Can't seem to get into my site or cpanel. the website is studio20prod.exofire.net
when i log into my account here on x10 hosting, it says it's up and running fine but it isn't.
I also can't get into CPanel and forget what my password for was.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi Matt,

You are on chopin and is under migration at the moment, So have patience

You can check the status of servers here --> http://status.x10hosting.com

If you want to change the cpanel password you can do it in account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

Are you on Chopin? If so, then thats the reason your site is not working.
Chopin is still in an account transfer state... You will have to wait a few more days, then everything will be back to normal.
