Can't get my Account Management Panel & hasn't been working for about 30 hours!

Keep getting this when logging in :

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

I asked for my cpanel username to be changed yesterday - maybe this has something to do with it?

Please help!

I changed your cpanel name and now it's back to the original one?!?! Very odd!

If that works then we will go back and attempt to change it back to firefly as you requested yesterday. I am not sure why it didn't stay that way.

I don't know how to get directly to the cpanel, I am logging in with my forum username & password onto the main page of x10.

I found it! The cpanel works with firefly, I think it's just the redirect thing from the Account Management Panel page that doesn't work.

http://fireflygraphics.com:2082 try that. I hope that is your account Somehow your account unlinked itself and is now linked to the old cpanel name. If you can log in ok right now i will get an admin to unlink and link firefly to your forum account.

That link doesn't load for me. I don't think it should be me though as that isn't my domain name.

I have the cpanel bit now, just missing the account management.

Something is still very wrong!

My account is suspended and I have my primary domain set to http://fireflygraphics.com and cpanel set to http://fireflygraphics.com:2082 which aren't mine!

I see what has happened. Is there another name you would like to use for a cpanel name? That name is in use on another account and when he linked it, thats where the error comes in.
