Can't get my site

After being on this wonderful host for a while, i have decided to go and get a paid account to support my ever growing site. Unfortunately, I can't get my files. everytime i try, my account gets suspended for "Prolonged high resource usage."

How can i get my site when it keeps timing out and giving me this?

If all you need to do is get files, why not login via ftp and download them (unless this is what you are trying to do already) ?
