http://staff.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. i get that page when i try to get onto my website... and can this be because i have a pending suspension on my account? I logged into the forums and i still have a pending suspension why?

You are suspended for inactivity. Log on to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.phphttps://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, and then unsuspend yourself. Remember to log into these forums here at least once every 31 days to keep your hosting account active. Posting isn't necessary. Logins to the account panel and cPanel don't count as activity.
