Can't get to cPanel

Yesterday you guys were nice enough to upgrade my PHP to intermediate, but now when I try to get to the cPanel login page keeps timing out (for past 24 hours). Is there a correlation?

There shouldn't be a relation with the two but it's possible. I've found that if i type www.mysite.x10hosting.com:2082 then it times out but if i type http://mysite.x10hosting.com:2082 then it comes up straight away. I'm not sure if that is your problem also?

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't seem to help.
Any other ideas?

No sorry. What account type do you have? you account could be on one of the severs that is currently having a little bit of difficulty.

http://buynow.x10hosting.com and http://buynow.x10hosting.com:2082 both load fine for me right now.

Your account is on Absolut and there is a DDoS attack going on against that server now. That could be the problem.
